Just a little message to let you all know we are delivering today (Sunday), so if you did not receive your shopping yesterday you will have it today. We have been out since 10am. Please can you be near to the phone number you provided us so we can contact you first just to keep things moving.
We would like to apologise for the delay with anyone’s orders. We are experiencing high volumes of urgent and vulnerable calls so they have to become priority as you can appreciate. We joined the Crisis Helpline Team 2 weeks ago and it’s very concerning how many people in our community are extremely vulnerable and have nothing or nobody.
Just so you are all aware if you have placed an order we will get it to you but we may be a maximum of a day behind. We are working all hours to get caught up so we are doing our very best. We should be back on track early next week.

I placed an order on the 27th March for fruit, vegetables, eggs etc. Haven’t heard anything until Saturday, 4th April, telephone call asking for the card details for payment. I have then been promised delivery Sunday, 5th April delivery. It is 7pm. on Sunday, 5th April and I have not received anything which has left me in a difficult situation. Please refund my £42.66 back to my card as I don’t want the service or the goods anymore. Gulbin Brown.

I have an order placed on 25 th March for delivery today 7th April…please could you let me have a status on this order…have not been rang yet for payment but was reassured on Saturday that delivery would happen today

I did not receive my delivery scheduled for Friday or Saturday. I called yesterday and a lady kindly called back and told me it would be delivered last night. Nothing came. I have emailed.
